Checking-In and Early or Late Arrivals
Check-in time is 3 PM-5 PM. Check-out is no later than 10 AM.
This is to ensure each Guest's experience is wonderful, and so that staff has time to properly prepare for each reservation.
We ask ALL reservations to please contact us via text, email, or voicemail to establish an estimated arrival time, or ETA.
You are on vacation, and we don't want you to feel rushed or stressed.

We understand, especially for guests arriving via The GAP Trail, an exact arrival time may not be known, and cell service can be very limited, making it difficult to contact us.
Estimated arrival time (ETA) is greatly appreciated, via voicemail, text, or email.
We are a family owed B&B, not staffed 24/7, like a hotel and we do step out from time to time, for supplies and running errands. Contacting us ahead of time will ensure someone is available to grant you access to the property, check you in, give you a tour, and answer any questions you may have.
We can't guarantee to be here outside of the normal check-in window, without a heads up.
We can be flexible regarding alternate check-in times, but a quick voicemail, text, or email is greatly appreciated and very helpful for you, as well as us.
Please, just give us a quick message, letting us know your planned arrival time, and keep us in the loop if anything changes.
We do not offer self-check-in. A member of staff must be on hand to check you in. The process is quick and is for the comfort of the Guests.
If you leave a voicemail, text message, or email, and do not get a reply back from us, we may not have received your message. Please resend it. We will reply promptly if/when we receive your message, usually within 24 hours.
If you establish a preapproved check-in time, outside of the 3-5 PM window, that established approved check-in time will be the time your room will be available for check-in.
If your ETA changes, please let us know.
Early/late check-in times must be preapproved by RLB&B.

Please contact us prior to your check-in date, if you plan on having luggage service drop off your bags, to ensure someone is on hand to receive and secure your luggage.
