| Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast

Guests are responsible to read all Policies, Terms & Conditions, and Cancellation Policy. These can be found on our website, must be reviewed and agreed upon, prior to making an online reservation, and will be sent in the confirmation email received after making a reservation. A hard copy is available upon request.

All of our policies are in place for the safety and comfort of all of our guests; most importantly, make yourself at home during your stay.

-Check-in is between 3 PM and 5 PM. Check-out is no later than 10AM. Please contact us ASAP to arrange alternate check-in/check-out times. Fees may apply.
-All late and early arrivals and late departures must be preapproved by RLB&B and fees may apply.
-Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and in parent or guardian's full and complete supervision at all times.

-Any and all changes to a reservation can only be made by the Guest whose name and credit card appear on the reservation.
-Valid Photo ID, State Issued Driver's License, State Issued ID, Passport or Military ID is required by Guest, and in some cases, members of Guest's party, at the time of check-in.
-No smoking indoors, only at the outside designated smoking areas. No candles, other open flames, or fireworks of any type are permitted. Fees will apply for violations to this condition.
-Outdoor open flames are limited to the supplied gas fire pit and smoking at designated outside areas. Fees will apply for violations to this condition.
-Breakfast will be served, each morning of the reservation, at a time agreed upon by Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast and Guests, starting at 7 AM.
-The kitchen is maintained as gluten free, but we cannot control what other guests may bring onto the property.
-Special dietary needs and restrictions may be accommodated, with prior agreement between Guest and Red Lantern B&B. Fees may apply.
-Guests are responsible and liable for any breakages, damages, lost and missing items, to the accommodations, Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast, and/or its contents, which are caused by the Guest and/or their party. Fees may be charged to the Guest, for theses breakages, cleaning fees, damages, lost or missing items, as determined by Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast.
-Guests are responsible to report, to Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast staff, knowledge of any breakages, damages, lost or missing items to the accommodations, Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast, and/or its contents, which are caused by the Guest and/or their party, ASAP.

-A fee will be charged to reservation invoices to replace all towels and linens used to clean bikes, gear, etc., that become stained and are not able to be reused. Ample rags, paper towels, cleaning supplies, and a bike wash station are all supplied on property and easily accessible to Guests. If a Guest is unaware of what rags to use, or if more cleaning supplies are needed, please ask a staff member and we will do our best to accommodate these needs.
-Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, theft, or injury, to Guests, members of Guest's party, and any vehicles, property, or possessions, belonging to Guests and/or members of their party.
-Guests are responsible to contact Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast in case of any personal items left behind on the property by the Guest and/or their parties, as arrangements can be made to forward these items back to the Guest. Fees will apply for shipping and processing costs. Certain personal items will not be shipped.
-No pets allowed. Fees will apply for violations to this condition.
-Any personal information collected regarding Guests by Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast, will never be shared with a third party.
-Guest must not violate federal, state, and/or local laws and regulations while on Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast property.
-Alcohol may be consumed, responsibly by Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast Guests, who are over the legal drinking age of 21.
-All kitchen equipment, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, small appliances, and supplies are for use by Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast staff only. Fees will apply for violation of this condition.
-Guests are expected to read and honor all signage posted on Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast property.
-Each extra Guest, exceeding a room's occupancy, will be charged a fee determined by Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast.
-Guests are expected to respect the rights and privacy of other Guests and staff of Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast.
-All common areas, Guest Lounge, the television, shared bathrooms, outdoor areas, etc., are to be shared by all Guests and their parties.
-Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast and its staff will do its best to honor the special request of all of our Guests but cannot guarantee all special requests will be honored.
-No parties or large gatherings. Fees will be charged to violations of this condition.

- A replacement fee will be charged for keys lost and/or not returned at check-out. Contact RLB&B to arrange retuning keys, if possible, to avoid this fee.
-No refunds or discounts will be given for early departures and/or late arrivals.
-Red Lantern Bed & Breakfast reserves the right to terminate any Guest's stay, based on violation by the Guests and/or their parties, of these Terms and Conditions, without refund.

-Special Terms & Conditions apply to large groups traveling together, when rooms are booked individually.
- All Terms & Conditions, Payment Policy, Early/Late Arrivals, Cancellation Policy and other policies are subject to change and special Terms & Conditions may apply.
