Check-in is 3-5 PM. Check-out is 10 AM.
This is to ensure a wonderful stay for all of our Guests and to give staff time to properly prepare for each reservation.
RLB&B is a small family-owned business and not staffed 24/7, like a hotel. Staff may not be on the property at all times, may not always make it to the phone, or may not be available to check-you in, especially outside of the check-in window. We want to ensure we can give each Guest our full attention, be on site to welcome and check-in each reservation, and that each room is properly cleaned and prepared.
If trying to contact RLB&B, please leave a voicemail, text message, or email with your questions and contact information and we promise to get back to you very quickly. If you do not hear back from us, we probably didn't get your message for some reason. Please resend the message. We will respond promptly, if we receive the message.
We understand our Guests are on vacation and we do not want to rush or stress anyone. We also understand that plans and weather change, and that cell service can be extremely limited in this area. Please reach out as early as possible, if planning to arrive outside of the check-in window, or if your plans change. Try to keep us updated on changing ETAs, so we can have your reservation ready and be on site when you arrive.
Please contact Red Lantern B&B and let us know your estimated arrival time (ETA), for checking in to your reservation. If you would like to request an early or late arrival, please contact us @ redlanternbandb@outlook.com, or 814-442-6881. If you leave a voicemail, email, or text message and do not get a prompt response, we probably did not receive the message, for various reasons. Please resend the message. We will respond promptly, if/when we received the message.
Requests for alternative check-in times must be preapproved by RLB&B at least 12 hours prior to your check-in date. We will send you a confirmation message, regarding the availability of an early or late arrival on your check-in date, and requests cannot be guaranteed.
Early and late arrivals, NOT preapproved will be charged a fee of $25, per room.
If you establish an arrival time with RLB&B, outside of the normal check-in window. we will prepare your reservation to be ready at this time. If your arrival time changes from this preapproved established arrival time, please let us know.
If you arrive outside of the check-in window or outside of your preapproved established arrival time, fees may apply.
Guests cannot be guaranteed to have immediate access to their room outside of the check-in window, without preapproval by Red Lantern B&B.
RLB&B tries to be as flexible as possible when accommodating guests and can be flexible with ETAs.
