Checking-In and Early or Late Arrivals
Check-in time is 3 PM-5 PM, check-out is no later than 10 AM.
This is to ensure each Guest's experience is wonderful, and so that staff has time to properly prepare for each reservation.
We ask all reservations to please contact us via text, email, or voicemail to establish an estimated arrival time, or ETA.
You are on vacation, and we don't want you to feel rushed or stressed.
We understand, especially for guests arriving via The GAP Trail, an exact arrival time may not be known, and cell service can be very limited, making it difficult to contact us.
Estimated arrival time (ETA) is greatly appreciated, via text, voice mail, or email.
We are a family-owned B&B, not staffed 24/7, like a hotel. Contacting us ahead of time will ensure someone is available to grant Guests access to the property, check Guests in, give Guests a tour, review breakfast details, and answer any questions Guests may have.
We do not offer self-check-in at this time.
We can't guarantee to be here outside of the normal check-in window, without a heads up.
We are very flexible regarding alternate check-in times, when preestablished.
If you establish a check-in time, outside of the 3-5 PM window, that established check-in time will be the time your room will be available for check-in.
If your ETA changes, please let us know.
If you are arriving outside of the 3-5PM check-in time and would like to request an early or late arrival, outside or the 3PM-5PM check in time, or a check-out later than 10 AM, please contact us to do so. If you leave a voicemail, email, or text message and do not get a prompt response, we probably did not receive the message, for various reasons. Please resend the message. We will respond promptly, usually within 24 hours, when we received the message.
Requests for alternative check-in/check-out times must be preapproved by RLB&B at least 12 hours prior to your check-in date. We will send you a confirmation message, regarding the availability of an early or late arrival or departure, and requests cannot be guaranteed. Fees may apply for arrivals outside of the 3-5PM check-in time, not preestablished.
If you establish an arrival time with RLB&B, outside of the normal check-in window. we will prepare your reservation to be ready at this time.
Guests cannot be guaranteed to have immediate access to their room outside of the 3-5PM check-in window or outside of the preestablished arrival time.
